Writing for USA Today, Edward Baig finds iPhone “indeed worth lusting after.” Apple, he says, “has delivered a prodigy—a slender fashion phone, a slick iPod, and an Internet experience unlike any before it on a mobile handset.” “The most chic cellphone I’ve seen,” iPhone is “a breeze to set up and fun to use, evident from the moment you slide your finger across the screen to unlock it. It’s a wonderful widescreen iPod and fabulous picture viewer.” And he tells us that “making calls was surprisingly simple. You can flick through your list of contacts or favorites … and then tap on a name to make a call or send a text message. The keys of the virtual keypad are large enough so that dialing a number manually — or punching in a code to access voice mail remotely — is easy. I rarely made a mistake.” He awards iPhone 3.5 stars out of 4.

that is what is fanboyism mate.. u cant help it.. he has to do it if he doesnt do it he'll feel , he has betrayed apple..the same way i used to feel abt my luna(now i have sold it) but i wud still reccomend it as i think its even better than all those pulsars

yesterday cnn was reporting that people were very excited about the iphone but today they have said tht a lot ppl have their apprehensions about it ... this fone is a downer i had expected something better

@imav : i was reading some early reviews over at cnet and they had some pretty bad things to say about the "apple's worst kept secret". Having said that AT&T EDGE speeds have mysteriously increased from today onwards.. i wonder why

u know the iphone u can't replace the battery urself. u have to pay the fixing center a lot of money if ur battery goes dead

u can't replace the battery urself if it goes dead. that's a huge problem! i wouldn't spend my money to buy a very expensive battery!

the iphone looks quite nice too bad it can't replace the battery by ur own hands
