I suppose you get this at starup. msconfig --> disable any office startup/services. might be crapware also, so run an AV scan, try ewido.net online scanner, or if you have a scanner run it.

no when i open a folder, it comes

did your try to got to www.ewido.net and click on the online scan, I'm thinking it maybe a form of malware, even though a quick google shows it is a legit ms dll. can never be to sure!

now you said it only happens when you open a folder. is that any folder? or an office document?

you have run crapware scanners, sounds like it is a result of either malware, or an update (graphics or other driver, or windows update)
