My kaspersky 6.0.2.621 says a keylogger detected but the terminate option doesn't come. only allow option comes. i want to get rid of this keylogger

OK Lets start:

1.) Do a Online Scan of PC. Here
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

2.) Update your Virus definitions.

3.) Remove Kelogger from System Startup. Using MSCONFIG utility.

4.) Again do a full system scan.

5.) Scan your PC with Ad Aware and Spybot Search and destroy.

6.) Do a Virus scan of PC using Avast Antivirus for Dos.
I think this all should solve the problem.

i cannot update cause i have the trial version

Maybe Thats the reason its not deleting the Keylogger.
Get urself a free and better antivirus.
I suggest AVG or Avast.
In the meantime do a online scan from the link Quiz_Master provided.

then Click "Service" in KAV's window, then click "Activate Trial Version", this'll download & activate the trial version key, here after you can UPDATE KAV & it'll clean your PC (remove virus), but for only 30 days .

btw were you looking for KAV Key & d/l & installed a KeyLogger in the process ?

err..y do an online kav scan when u have kav instld already ? anywat it located the keylogger, go to its location and let us know. get this located file checked by multiple av at http://virusscan.jotti.org/ 2 b sure that it indeed is malware. if it is download and use deletedoctor from www.diskcleaners.com to delte it on reboot. and btw i think kav (if its stl un-expired) is prefrd 2 avast or avg.
