YPOP not working

I have been using YPOPs to send and recieve my yahoo emails in Microsoft Outlook.

But for last few days, I am unable to do this with YPOPs.

YPOPs doesnt support yahoo any more?

Or do i need to change any settings..

When I click send and recieve, no error is given, it shows 2 task completed.
But I dont see my new mail in INBOX
When i send mail i get error message "Server responded: r54 Mail box unavailable"

Did you install some firewall ?

I am accessing this from workplace, I dont know if they have installed any firewall this days. Is there anyway to know if firewall or proxy server is installed.
