Instead of using any 3rd party utils, use th UxTheme patch, so that u can apply any theme of ur choice, just like in Win98 :

where tweaking ur os and where applying themes ?

anyways kl@w is right the uxtheme patcher is ur best bet ...
but yet id suggest style xp for u
its easy to use .. and has more options to customize many other things
and also its light

themes dun have any virii .. i dunno the kind of sites u download from
