i was just going through the new telephone diary and it tells that 1call for 7:30minutes as normal telephone usage + rs 6 per hr.is is during peak.then will it only cost about rs 14 per hour during peak???

netone cost 10 paisa per minute isp charges and pulses are of 450 sec in peak hour and 900 sec in off peak and sunday.
