when i change the priority of a task from task manager(like setting to low or high)...i have to change it everytime i start that application or task again and again...
is there a way so that this can be made permanent so that everytime i run that application it starts with same priory in task manager...

No, there is no way to start a program with a preset priority unless it happens to be a pure DOS program. The only way to change priority is via the Task Manager screen, and as far as Windows is concerned, all processes have equal Normal priorities unless specifically overridden by the user. Of course, make sure you don't set Realtime priorities for load intensive programs, otherwise you run the risk of locking up the system and crashing it.
