hoiw to use png files for icon ?

plz tell me the software by which I can use these files.

ICO is the file which u need to use for Folder or File ICONs !!!!

Please refer here,

With Adobe Photoshop u may use this Plug in to create ICO format files from any other or rather from PGN format

ICO (Windows Icon) Format

Note, Google for many other same type of Plug-ins

I would prefer to open PNG file in paint and then save it as ICO file......wont it help?

save the file as name.ico
