ur motherboard support C2D (E4300) processor...and it support DDR2 667 MHz and DDR2 533 MHz .Make sure you have installed compatible RAM with ur motherboard.

There can be few more causes of system restart:
1)Overheating
These days heat wave is high in air.Your cabinet sud have a extra fan. for proper colling. To check this cause..please open the cabinet and than run the system.

Please download speed fan .. it will tell you the temperature at which your CPU and hard drives are running.Download it from here:
http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

2)Another cause can be bad memory. There is chance that the memory(RAM) you have installed is bad.
To check this...try with another RAM stick.

3)There is a property in win Xp..that restats the sysstem automatically when system is having any error. You can turn it off.To do this ,follow these steps:
start-->>right click my computer-->>properties-->>click on advance tab.You can see something like this:

click on Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.A page willopen like this

Just uncheck the box "Automatically Restart" in the System failure section..like this:

niraj trehan try going to Nvidia's website and search for vista drivers for your card. how new is your sys and is it a homebuilt or did you buy it as one unit from a vendor?
