MP3 to ringtone

i just want to know whether there is some software which could convert any MP3 to Nokia Key press format ringtone. I will be happy if that is going to be a freeware

I've tried converting an MP3 into a ringtone and I've had nothing but pain. Unless your MP3 has a clear-cut, single instrument, non-vocal track, be prepare to get your ears assaulted with cacophony when you finish the conversion.

MaN Try Mobile Music Polyphonic, It can do that to some extent.

BTW i think there is no software which can convert mp3 to full crrect .mid ringtone.
