Back With New Problem

hello friends, i am facing new problem on my pc i attach a screenshot.every time i restart my pc this message comes.so please slove my problem as soon as possible.

diabling error reporting might help but not tht much i suppose
right click on my computer->properties->advanced tab -> error reporting->disable error reporting
then try restrting mayb it wld have slved the prob
