Problem with Skoar March 2007 DVDs

Hello,

I purchased the March 2007 edition of Skoar from a local news stand on May21 2007. The Overload DVD doesn't work; I have tested it in 3 different computers and the DVD didn't work in any one of those.

I have sent an email regarding this to the following email addresses:

I am yet to get a reply. I am hoping someone can help me with my problem.

try find out the phone numbers of their help desk and talking to them directly. That would be the best way to get a fast response. Or try sending a mail with the subject - "Invitation to consumer court" or something.

However I got a reply to my email, so I am going to send the DVD to the address mentioned, so I hope I'll get a new DVD.
