Default Programmer in BPO


what is hot?

1. Working as developer in software company (.Net)
2. Working in technical side in BPO (system administration)

please help me to choose one from these

Option One

BPO experience may not be accepted everywhere, Though think sys admin is a more'comfortable' work.

Is person who has worked as system administrator in BPO in demand in Software development company? Are these people considered for PM or higher posts?

BPO jobs r good 4 quick money = high salaries ........


bt fact is : BPO experiences not counted in IT ......... my frd has been a programmer in BPO with 30+ salary & now IT [15000] he is repenting 4 all those years in BPO ....

short term basis : good .......... earn & get confidence ...........

in BPO, programmers are mostly needed in database and web based technologies, as they have to make custom scripts and programmes for reporting perpous. PHP, PERL, AJAX, and C++ on *NIX envoirment are in demand,
also if you in asterisk customization or some VoiP technologies like SIP, you can fetch very good salery,
and these technologies are in demand in every field so the experience here counts
