Angry My system cant detect two SATA hard drives at the same time.Help!


My sysetm config

PD 3.0,Intel 945 mobo,80GB HDD SATA Seagate

Today i bought another SATA hard disk of 200 GB Seagate.Now the problem is my system is not detecting it with the older one.New hard disk is working fine if i remove the older one but they are not working together.May be you guys can help.I dont know about jumper settings.grrrr

Yes.One more question two SATA disks can work together?

yes,I am having two seagate SATA hard disk on my intel 915 hard disk.And U have intel 945 series which I think support upto 4 SATA hard disk.


Hey,does ur new hard disk give little vibration when given power???(when both hard disk are connected).Plz post ur reply.

Problem solved thanx for your replies guys.It wasnt working due to the problem in the connector(power supply),i have changed it and now its working fine.
