Umm... I'm not sure, but your RAM may be corrupt ... Test it with MEMtest86

Corrupt Windows or Bad Ram. First check your RAM as suggested by kaustav_geek

If RAM is fine, check if the PC's fan are working properly. Sometimes, due to high temperatures, PC starts acting wierd.

This error message has got nothing to do with RAM.
First of all find the location of ctfmon.exe. It should be located in C:\Windows\System32. If yes, then you have no virus infections. There are worms posing as ctfmon.exe located at other locations.

Now, coming to the problem, ctfmon.exe is a MS Office related system file. It is added as start-up entry by MS Office.
I think your Office suite is corrupted. So I suggest you to completely uninstall MS Office and reinstall it.

Revert back if problem prevails.
