why pc restart on command prompt.

hi guys
i think this question was asked earlier , but i could not get the answer finding it , the question is when i go ---run---type "cmd" , my pc gets restart .is it viros problem ? if no then please help.

i had a similar problem. its a virus. install avast antivirus. it'll take care of the rest.

I recomend you boot your system into safe mode and scan for virus's and trojans.

Also update your windows from microsoft website.

Also repair ur windows registry using some registry software.Some good and free registry fixer software can be found here:

try COMMAND instead of CMD.

It will work without restarting.

Yes its a Trojan problem.

Trojan attaches itself with a file on internet which if downloaded then can send information about your computer and data to a hacker. By this hacker can have a full control on your pc.
