1. How to add a option in 'add remove program' 'Uninstall windows XP'?
2. How to install xp from a non bootable cd after booting from a 98 cd or floopy?

go to i386 folder in cd & run command :- nt.exe

The Uninstall Windows XP option will ONLY occur if you do an upgrade from 98 to XP (A clean install of XP will not show it)

Yes, and for second.

First run smartdrv from DOS and later go to i386 and run winnt.exe

The first one may require some registry mods. Ask Vishal Gupta. The second one is easy. Do as crazy4programming suggested.
