MS AntiSpyware hangs while updating, what should i do?

hi there,

i have fully loaded ms antispyware and running excellent in my systme winxp-sp2. i think something is wrong with u'r system may be mother-board or anyother pb.

reinstall the program
if you are using an Firewall see that you are giving it
acsess to the net
try keeping the computer idle when its updating
