Fake File Size
Is it possible to fake file size like I don't want to download complete torrent file but is any way to show I have completed download i.e 100% complete on 0% of data ?

there is a way to do so as doing it will render that file useless any way
open it in hex editor fill use less junk in it bloating the files size and save it
you are done

Yes, it is. You will need to use a modded version of µTorrent for that.
