Problem to choose ISP in Mumbai......?

Hi
I need to take a New Internet Connection
My current one is
Sify BB 64Kbps
Day - 4.5GB per month (i.e. 150mb daily)
Night Unlimited (10.00 pm to 8.00 am)
for Rs. 495 per month

But its has very very problem in it
My Local ISP creates a Problem every time the Lan Wire get some problem & it takes 2-3 days to repair it
Like my Internet work fine only 15days in a month

I download very much from internet
around 3-4GBs in a Month

Pls help me get a New Plan

I found one BSNL

Home 500
it was very much suitable to me
But it dosent have service in Mumabai

Pls help me get a New Plan which can run fine at my budget
I confused
I searched thinkdigit forum but still confused

Any Mumbaities pls help me...........?
