Default Encrypting DATA


My brother has a website same as forum but not like digit but for other business. His friend has forgotten the password. I have heard that it is encreapted by some MD5 data. Not please can any buddy help me to find software of site for encrypting those data

well if he is the administrator of tht forum then he can RESET the password using his Administrative Control Panel

IF he is only a user then also password can be reset. i do not understand why is there any need for any database stuff here?

There is a database and many datas are there. Other people are also there. He is the Admin. He told that data are in encryption format

he need not go into the database atall..

there is an option in the administrative control panel to reset the password of a single user
