Unhappy Context Menu Problem. Please Help.


I am having a problem with my context menu. generally when you right click on a folder/drive, the context menu show open as the default first action and that is also used when you double left click on a folder/drive. my problem is that when i right click on a folder/drive, it shows Explore as the default first action and its also being used when i double click on a folder/drive. please tell me how to change this back from Explore to Open.

I read somewhere a registry hack can do it...maybe VISHAL GUPTA can help you.

OK... Try this, (Hoping that you are in WIndows XP)

Go to Folder Option, Then to TAB File Types and navigate to option [NONE] Folder Refer to the screenshot, now Click advance, in the advance Window you may set the default action back to Open or ad any other action if you like
