Urgent help needed for Tata indicom problem

hi everyone
I want to use my tata indicom walky set for internet but i dont have the driver cd. plz tell me how can i setup my phone for my use without using driver cd (Model is LG lsp 345). is it possible? plzzzzzz help me its urgent.

It depends upon the type of data cable. If ur data cable is serial one, then u don't need the driver CD. But if u hv USB cable, then u'll need the driver CD.

A. First u'll hv to install modem for ur phone:

1. Open Control panel and start "Add New Hardware" wizard.
2. Now select to manually install the driver.
3. Now select "Modems" from list and click NEXT.
4. Now enable the option "Don't detect my modem, I'll select it from list".
5. Now select "Standard 19200 bps Modem" from list and click NEXT.
6. Select the Serial COM post from the list and it'll install the modem.
7. After installing modem, open "Device manager" and double-click on the installed modem and in "Advanced" tab, add following string in "Extra initialization commands":

AT+CRM=1;$LGPKT=3

B. Now u hv to create an internet connection for it:

1. U can create a new connection either using "Network connection" or using IE Options.
2. Use #777 as phone no and internet as username and password. (both are same and case-sensitive.)

Thats it, now just connect ur phone and dial the connection w/o any problem.
