Pics Driving Crazy....

a relative of mine wants to send sum pics....they are in resolution of 3072*2048...

n a size of whopping 2.7 MB in JPEG Format...

i wud like to ask u ppl how to reduce the size of the pic widout comprimising wid the quality....

Like 2.7 MB to 400 KB wud be gr8...don't give the idea of resizing it coz he's weak in handling pc's...

N plz make it a bit fast for replying ....

Try using a snapshot utility...
the quality is not visibly reduced...but i guess in this case the resolution wud be..

anyway, give it a try

Only way would be to resize pics, but hey...its not difficult.

Get this Microsoft PowerToy

Select all the Images, Right Click and Resize Pictures and its done

hey tech..installed Irfan View alongwid the plugins..now in which format to save it so as to get minimum filesize....

hey tech.....saved it as .ecw n now size reduced from 2.7 MB to 815 KB []

the pics are already in jpeg....but newayz thnx to all who replied...
