how to convert mp4 to vcd ????

i want to know how i can convert the mp4 video shot by my n72 in vcd format
and i want to know one thing
that mp4 videos run very fast on media palyer calssic as they are fast forwarding infact this is with every palyer other then the default nokia multimedia played which comes with nokia pc suite, in it those videos paly vey fine. now i need a software which converts those to vcd at actual speed.
please help me.

Try http://www.xilisoft.com/ solutions for ImToo, http://www.imtoo.com/ Video converters for the job (Mpeg1/2) they should do it..

then use Nero to burn as VCD

thanks for the replay
but i have another question
my n72 records 16 fps in 352 x 288 resoultion
every player like media palyer classic player them in 24 fps
so it looks like its running very fast (like fast forwarding)
but the nokia multimedia player plays it at 16 fps so video playes at normal speed.
now i want to know that these convertor like imtoo or other
can convert that 16 fps video of mp4 format to 24 fps
so that it could be played at normal speed in every player
including comersial vcd/dvd players
