Make an Audiobook????

Can I make an audiobook from a PDF or a DOC file???
I ask this coz the adobe reader has a read aloud feature.
can i do something using that.

yup it can be done and is quite common. google for 'textaloud'. It should have an option to save whatever it is 'saying' to an mp3 file.
However the free voices that come with this are quite bad. I mean you can hear what they are saying, lekin mazaa nahin aata. You can probably get better voices from your favourite warez board (-they are quite large to download though)
