Partition doesnt show free space even after Deletion

Hello guyz,
I have 80GB Seagate Barracuda HDD and it has 5 partitions which are all NTFS formatted. I donno what happened, I stored some movies in the 5th partition which has 4.5GB max. space.

Even after deleting these big size movies the Free Space showed in My Computer remains same.. It is around 486MB which was there before deletion. The same thing is happening to 3rd partition too. Free space isnt creating.

So I ran Check Disk and even Defragmented the drive using O&O Defragmenter. But everything went in vain. Please tell me a solution for this...What is wrong here..??

those files may be still in recycle bin.So,do disk clean up.

Thanx guyz... I regularly clean using Ccleaner... I got the culprit.. I installed Norton Systemworks which was storing data in RECYCLR folder... Which even Ccleaner cant delete (That norton protected folder).. I deleted it manually..Got the space now Thank you guys for replying !!
