I would definately go for Asus A8N SLI Deluxe any given day.

MSI isnt bad but they just cant match Asus when it comes to performance, stability, overclockability, robustness. ......

Call me an Asus fanboy, but yeah,i am proud to be one.I have used many Asus boards, none have given me any major problems.

Another thing- Asus's board layout is immaculate if you observe carefully.

@ Sid i had already told you that ASUS is better but you are in a state
of Dual Mind i think MSI or ASUS

I think its the Creative Onboard card thats attracting you to MSI Mobo i feel.

But when it comes to performance ASUS beats MSI in the memory tests
and others also.

The Memory BandWindth for MSI K8N Sli is less than ASUS A8N Sli and
the memory Bandwidth is one important thing.
I hope you are getting what i am saying.

I vote for ASUS A8N Sli.
