Suspicious threat found!!!! Help Please

HI guys i've installed all the possible network security apps to my sys. From yesterday whenever i start downloading anything from my opera an another Installation begins itself without any warning. Its called as MeMe. It says we are installing MeMe to ur system please wait. I've never continued it i ended the process from taskmanager. But now i wanna know how to get rid of this threat. My firewall is working fine!!!

knowing the process name is an advantage. well, what is the process name ? see if u can remove it from the startups. trace its location and also check up on its properties. also get this file checked with multiple malware engines at http://virusscan.jotti.org/

I just installed SpyBlaster and eliminated it. I dont know what it is, coz i never let it to install .!!!
