Default CMOS battery


if my CMOS battery goes bad or becomes dead then what kind of problems may arise in my PC?

The Clock will show Wrong Time plus it will revert the BIOS to factory default settings. The BIOS will have redect the hardware attached each time aswell

u computer will turn into a hell.

evry time you will start your pc you have to set the date time first otherwise u will get certificate expire warning each time you will open a webpage.

you have to press a a key like F1 ignore bad CMOS checksum error.

All your BIOS otimised setting like disable floppyBoot seek up other setting will be reset.

huuh you must change the CMOS battery soon
