Default Cell unveiled!

The Cell processor's technical details were revealed yesterday in San Fransisco. Go here for more info. And don't miss the 'related stories'!

P.S: Don't get too excited. No mortal is gonna get his/her hands dirty with the baby until the end of the year. This was just a teaser trailer. So go back to sleep.

P.S.2: Searching for more details....

ummm quad master, the PS3 will have only 1 Cell processor...it is gonna have 8 64-bit processors running in a parallel arrangement....in total, all 8 will give 4GHz...but some say the final PS3 might have 4.6GHz speed....
