How dya set animated Avtars??

ow ow!! swat i downloaded that stuff from the link u gave.. but none of em are workin!!!! one says its not a valid application then one opens but asks me to install sum prestuff which when i say ok it doesnt n keeps askin me to connect to internet its always connected.. is ther anyother software to create gif avatars..

hey i meant those avatars like swat has above.. the GIF type.. many ppl have em.. jus wanted to know how to create it..

easier way out ...

there are thousands of sites which host many avatars .. most of which are animated ones
www.avatarity.com is one such sites .. use google to find more

or simply go to google image search .. select image size as small ...
and search with any random term .. u may end up with good set of avatars
