Cable Provider Question

Can Someone provide me some information on where to acquire Music on Demand (For Cable TV Provider) and the advertisement thing (the one they make it scrool in the bottom of a channel).
I am a cable operator and would like to itroduce those service.

Thanks Alot i did a search and found some. but the Vedio on demand is difficult to find, can someone help
