Load into RAM First not reverse

Friends please tell me a registry hack by which I can load all the programs in RAM first not in Virtual Memory first. Windows load programs in virtual memory first then go to RAM which makes system slow. I remembered that it was in Digit magzine but I don't know in which I have searched all of them which I have and also Fast Track To Registry. But in vain. It was something related to LargeSystemCache registry entry but I am not sure.

I believe you have to enter the line "ConservativeSwapFileUsage=1" without the quotes in System.ini under 386enh section... The file will be accessible through msconfig.

what it would do, is, will make sure no application goes to Swap/Page file untill there is 0 bytes of RAM left in the system !!

I think one should do it, when he has tons of RAM in system... hard to think using PhotoShop with 256MB ram and with this settings... System needs to put chunk of process in Page file in this case other wise simple browsing in exploer would be hard !!
