Default Mother board spec


Like there is
speed and FSB for processor,
rpm and capacity for HDD,
How do you select the motherboard? what are teh criterions?

hmmm... i wd consider the onboard graphics... size (atx or m-atx) onboard sound/ethernet adapters... etc etc

It depends on the features like

Processors it supports. Socket 775 being for Core 2 Duo, Pentium etc...
Memory how much exactly and what frequency
What Kinda HDD, PATA SATA, SATA II
Onboard Audio and Video
No of USB ports etc

primarily it would depend on the processor u plan to use. after that look for features like sata ports, ethernet ports, pci-express slot, sli/crossfire, rem frequency supported etc.
