how to bypass websence

my co. is killing the write to information
they r using websence on exchange server
they have been blocking all the sites pertaninig even to news and they say its boards dissicion
i just want ot know some parxy avoidence sites which they hv nt blocked through websence.
as most of www & http proxy avoidence r blocked i want to know sm way to bye pass this

bypassing a security system is a serious offense. You shouldn't induldge into it . BTW which company are you working for?
