http://www.microsoft.com

I am bit confused ???

see........its on ur wish that you add www in ur browser,because new browser automatically understand that http://www. is added before the address you have typed.

In some brower like opera,you dont have to even type .com after the url

Like,just type microsoft and press enter,the browser will understand that you are requesting for page http://www.microsoft.com

when u submit microsoft.com... it is understood as the internet default header... www. Both r same.

note the addressbar after u type http://microsoft.com and hit enter....
it changes to www.microsoft.com....MAgic
