Lots infact... like YoGen Vocal Remover... Most regular audio editing programs too do it... Music Morpher Gold... Dart Karaoke... Cool Edit Pro/Adobe Audition... Acoustica Mixcraft with it's Extra Boy Vocal Removal Plugin...

Another great plugin.. AnalogX Vocal Remover.

Things to note.. if the voice was in a different track. then voice removal is a breeze & close perfection as it is easy to remove an entire track. But in our regular mp3 & so on... there r no separate tracks for voice/instruments... here voice removal is actually done by suppressing the vocal frequencies in the mid-ranges of 250 Hz to 3 kHz. Thus causing a loss of frequencies that might not xactly b the sound of the artist rendering the song.. so the end result will not sound xactly like (the original song - vocals).

Try out the free ways first...
1. Audacity is a well-known free, open-source sound editor. On opening the song, you should see two sound waves appear (left and right, this only works if your song is in Stereo). Click on the small arrow next to the name of the track (to the left of the waves) to get the drop down menu, and choose Split Stereo Track. Now click just under that bar with the name on the bottom (right) track. It should turn purple and be selected. Then go up to the Effect menu, and hit Invert. Now play the song and the lyrics should have mostly disappeared. This only seems to work very well for a few songs, and quite well for most others. Some songs, however, you can't do it.

2. And if u don't wanna hear the artist screeching on the speaker in Winamp.. try this
Under the plug-ins section of preferences select DSP/Effect, Then choose Nullsoft Signal Processing Studio. Click configure active plug-in and a new dialog window will show. Click load then you should see "justin - stupid stereo voice removal.sps", Load this and then select "Enable processing" then the voice will be removed from the current playing song.
To record it just record from wave out mix using windows sound recorder

3.
Wavosaur is another free general-purpose audio editor which features vocal-removal.

More... Still more...

[More food for thought]
