Do dealers really take low prices

Do dealers of computer hardwares really take low prices than it is sold in the markets? Is it true? Will they give a valid/genuine bill for their hardwares?

dealers will sell at low prices to sub dealer /computer shop. but from end user generally they give at market prices only. their bill/warrenty is valid.

^^^^^^^^^^I have always got a genuine bill from the shop.MRP means that the price sud not go UP than this limit.But price can be lower than the MRP.

But yeah,there are some shopkeeper who sell hardware without bill and at lower price.They cheat our Govt. by this.We sud not buy like this.And if we find anyone..we sud inform to local police.Thats a true citizen work

right said buddy...one more thing ya can bargain over the MRP prices...
distributors can't give end user a good deal compared to the shops....
