Is this problem symptomatic of a particular browser or do you face it with different browsers (Opera, Firefox, etc)? Does this happen with all websites? Are you using any browse-monitoring software?

Can u gimme a list of installed applications.. anythin hidden... browser-specific? Try others...
Me 2 think.. it's some monitoring software.. check out options in browser... anything regd pictures/images.. any xtra plugins...

Is ur internet dead slow...
R u using some kinda internet speed enhancing software.. like Onspeed? They tend to reduce image quality to make downloading speeds look faster...
