Is it illegal(adsesne)?

well we have google adsense going in our site..which is going well
we have large impression but low clicks
so lately we have been thinking of opening a click contest
putting a pop up java contest in one the ad image(own ad) user have to recognize the image and get that contest...

well the page that will have contest will have google ads too ...

so is that illegal to do so....

ok i know its not 100% legal but can we get away with it...means we are not wanting more and more but trying to optimize things....

any ideas...we have good visitors but low clicks...

Google wont take time in suspending your site, if not the whole account

we have lots of public ads(fund for hurricane relief) these days in adsnese

I had an account and it was suspended in the course of time..

After it got suspended,it started showing this public service ads...

our are not all public ads and i think there is no question of banning us as we have not any thing illegal up to now...so we have been getting huge impression and low clicks..

any way the place that gives public ad once gives good ads next second..or with refresh...

but it appears some times...

by the way can any body have idea how much a site with around 100,000 page hits should earn ideally?(it depends but ideally..)
