all IP addresses of mine blacklisted

i recently subscribed for tata indicom 128 kbps connection.

when ever i connect to the net it gives me a dynamic IP.
what ever IP i get is blacklisted ... i dont do anything funny on the net ..but my question is how is that all VSNL's addresses are blacklisted ???

the big question in my mind is whether this is a cause for concern .? will people think i m a hacker or spammer or something ???
