text editor??

is there any text editor or any other software which can automatically insert " | " this chracter in the blanks space of 2 lines of a database ... if yes pls tell me.. i need it for project work..

lol do a pattern (regex) Find&Replace method of the editors available. Most of them support it. EmEditor , PSPad, UltraEdit etc to name a few.

Search for /n/n and replace with /n|/n

is that so hard ? It will replace all the newlines with a pipe. I used EmEditor for testing it up. Remember to enable the RegEx search in the search&Replace dialog.
