Default Which Plugin to install????

hi frenz...

The following site contains content that any of my browsers is not able to display that.. Whenever i open this site, java console is executed in system tray.. but still, the browser says missing plugins.. I have tried with mozilla, opera and IE7. Please suggest me which plugin to install.. By da way, mozilla's plugin search did not yield any results...
