well the problem is solved. i formatted my system and installed a fresh copy of windows..
i was not facing this problem in cs only but in no. of programs..
so if anyone came to know the solution then plz let me know..

yeh, I remember, my system always showed that problem.
I installed norton, which also showed that problem
I installed office, sometimes word also did showup
I installed many sharewares, which gave me that problem.
