Default bit torrent uploading problem

hi guys,
i use bitcomet client for most of my daily gaems, muvie etc downloads..i get speeds of 12-13 KB/s but i also upload at 8-9 KB/s but that turns out to be a problem as i have a limit of just 7 gb per month provided by my ISP.i have tried limiting my upload speed in the settings but it automatically goes above 5..
ne suggestions will be helpful..

Thx.

Bittorrent has anti-leeching built into its architecture. You can't slow down your uploads and continue to get fast downloads, i.e. the faster you upload the faster you can download.

So, if you manage to restrict your upload speed to say 1KBps, your download speed will also hover around 1KBps.

Whats the use if you dont want to share? If you limit the upload rate, your download rate will be affected too. Download and use Azureus or BitComet. Both have options for limiting the upload rate.

Even I use BitComet and my ISP limits my downloads too 600Mb/month but I dont think uploads make any difference with the download limit. Why dont you enquire with ur service provider?
