Default NorthBridge Cooling


HI...does anyone know where i can get a fan for the northbridge heatsink or a new heatsink and fan combo?? There are lots of them available online but none ship to India if u could tell me abt a site which ships to India that will be helpful too.

Mail them and ask abt deliveries to India.

Northbridge heatsink is enough to cool it, it's not CPU it generates very low heat

my northbridge gets pretty hot....coz of the onboard graphics

attach a fan (small fan 60 mm fan) and paste with super glue and connect it to the power suppy or other 12v d.c source .you will get enough cooling man .bcoz i did the same thing . mine is intel 875 pbz and northbridge is getting very hot so i applied thos method and i got 8 c cooler .

I too think that one or two passive memory cooling fins, like the kind you find on vga memory modules, attached with thermal pad/glue would do. WHat is the mobo that you have?
