how to use ping in a siffy cafe

hi
i have a piculiar problem, i have to deal with networks, and for that some time i have to go to cyber cafe' to acces my networks if i am on the, i am having a siffy card so i prefer siffy, now these systems secuerly locked and u cannot use cammand prompt, so that why i cannot even use ping command. Now i want to know that if there is any website of any sort which can let me use ping and other commands online

this is not any sort of helping answer as least in this geeky forum !!
i have to use siffy as this is most economical way fastest way for me and for spl permission, the cafe owner dont hv as there software in the node dosnt work with admin mode for net connectivity
now as i mentioned earlier

Now i want to know that if there is any website of any sort which can let me use ping and other commands online

so i there are any please let me know
