Default Run time error : 3447 - problem in playing CD!


friends,
recently i bought a CD containing business letters in it,but whenver i try to open any letter, after installing the software in my PC , it shows the following and refuse to play :-


Run time error : 3447
the JETVBA File [VBAJET.dll for 16 bit versions or VBAJET32.dll for 32 bit versions) failed to initiate when called. Try reinstalling the application that returned the error.




Please help me out of this, I badly need to play the CD for my studies,I Have never faced problems like this of running any CD in my computer till now.

Default Help Please !!!!!!!

Hello Alibi_i,
I tried installing the utily you have mentioned above in my system,but, file wasn't installing ,s it said it is not comaptible with my version of XP,and it is a part of the OS.
please tell me what should I do now to run the CD effectively ?

By the way, i have SP2 installed and VB6, with most ofthe other necessary updates in my PC.
