can' collect information

hey guys...
i m using XP SP2
and when i start this apllication from system tools "system information"
then it displays this
"can't collect information"

so how can i get rid o this problem??

There is some driver proble it seems. Try s/w like everest os sisoft sandra to collect every possible h/w information.
